Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order has been shipped, or if it’s a made-to-order or pre-order piece, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. For other orders, please contact us as soon as possible at work@maannstudio.com
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to New York State are subject to an 8.875% sales tax. Clothing priced under $110 per item is exempt from this tax. Orders shipped outside of New York State (within the U.S.) are not subject to sales tax. For information regarding international taxes, duties, or import fees, please refer to the FAQ below on international shipments.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship to the United States at the current moment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are packed and shipped from our New York studio within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Items shipped from abroad may take up to 21 business days to arrive depending on the shipping carriers and production timeline. During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent to your email after your order is placed.
What if my order is lost/missing?
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, any loss or delay is unfortunately beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we’re also unable to modify or reroute the address after shipment.
How do international shipments work?
Some of our pieces are made to order or available for pre-order and are shipped directly from the designers, many of whom are based outside the United States. Estimated production and shipping times are clearly indicated on each product page. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery, excluding international holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
All international shipments are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related fees determined by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. In the event of tariff or tax adjustments after your order has been dispatched, any additional fees will also be charged to the recipient upon arrival. Maann Studio does not collect or control these costs nor can we estimate them in advance. Customers will be contacted directly by the shipping carrier to settle any required duties before delivery.
