1. General Principles
- All return and exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days of order being marked as delivered.
- Certain categories or designer items may be ineligible for return or exchange unless defective, or may have a shorter return period. These conditions will be clearly indicated on the corresponding product page.
- Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, or missing accessories will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund after it has been issued.
2. Non-Quality-Related Returns and Exchanges
Returns: For items that are eligible for returns and exchanges, please return your order for any non-quality reasons within 14 calendar days following the guide:
- Please email work@maannstudio.com for all return requests and provide your order number in the email for faster replies.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returned products must pass Maann’s quality inspection (unused, unwashed, with all tags and labels intact) before a refund or exchange is issued. It will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Exchanges: If you indicate an exchange along with the return, Maann will ship your replacement item and cover the replacement shipping fee once your return is received and approved.
3. Quality-Related Returns and Exchanges
Returns: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong size/style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at work@maannstudio.com with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. When submitting your proof, please ensure that the outer packaging, shipping box, and product are all clearly visible in the images. Without sufficient documentation, we may be unable to process a return or refund.
If your request is approved, we will refund both the initial shipping cost and the value of the product. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may ask that the item be shipped back to us for inspection, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost as well.
Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of return shipping, the exchange shipping fee, and refund your original shipping fee.
